Have you ever thought, there must be a better ice fishing tip up (or trap) for Walleye, Perch and Crappie that is has a more sensitive bite system. Most tip ups on the market today have some sort of a spring activated flag assembly that quite frankly adds unwanted resistance to the line when a fish bites on a tip up. It’s not to often you see or hear of people fishing with or "catching “ Perch and Crappie with tip ups. These fish can be very finicky when it comes to ice fishing and it doesn't take much for one to spit the bait once it grabs it because it feels resistance. Next time your checking your minnows during fishing or at the end of the day when you bring your lines up, take a close look at the minnows and you may find that they are all scaled up or dead from fish grabbing them and letting them go without ever tripping the flag on the tip-up. Though the years I have ice fished with a box type tip up that had a very sensitive trip assembly and just recently this patent pending style tip up has become available to the public. This tip up simply catches more fish due to the reel and flag trip assembly coupled with the heating system that keeps the hole from freezing up and the reel turning free. This box tip up called the “Bite Me Box Tip up” will revolutionize the ice fishing tipup industry. Its backlash and tangle resistant reel make this a one of a kind tip up on the market. It’s always been a problem trying to find a reel that turns free enough for Perch, Crappie and Walleye but will not backlash when a larger more aggressive fish such as a Northern takes the bait. The reel in the new Bit Me Box Tip Up has the answer to this problem. The other big advantage to the reel in this tip-up is that it has adjustable positioning to allow the reel to be pushed back into the box and out of the way when fighting a fish or pulled all the way forward when reeling the line up. A cork on the reel assembly offers a place to put the hook when not in use keeping the line from getting tangled. This ice fishing tip up also has a round fluorescent ball with holes in it to allow for 360 degree viewing and virtually eliminates wind trips. Between the adjustable slide weight on the flag and the adjustable position reel this tip up can be set for the most sensitive of bites. It can also be set to allow more resistance for when your ice fishing with larger bait that may trip the flag. The Adjustable firing rate heating system can be used with charcoal to keep your hole from freezing in extreme cold temps. This tip up has kept the hole from freezing for 5-7 hours in temps of - 30 degrees with 5-6 pieces of charcoal. A candle, can be used in moderate conditions as well. The black color and shape of the box allow it to absorb sun light and will keep the hole open in temps down to 15 degrees or lower. These tip ups are definitely worth the money. It may seem like a lot to pay for a tip-up but if you consider it will last a lifetime and if you don’t agree that it makes your fishing experience easier, and you don’t catch more fish they will give you your money back after one year. Think about how much you have spent in the past on equipment that has made your outdoor experience more successful and enjoyable such as high priced fishing poles, reels, guns, ammo, scopes and apparel. Superior Product
Hello Rick! Tried them out these past two weekends and all I can say is there GREAT! We caught a 24" and a 24 1/2" on them last sunday PLUS alot of eating size fish. Heading out this weekend for one last trip. You have a superior product to anything I have used. Thanks again.

Greatest Innovation in tip up design
Just wanted to say I am very impressed with the design of your Bite Me Box Tip Ups. I have been ice fishing for over 30 years and they are perhaps one of the greatest innovations in tip up design I have ever seen. I have been ice fishing Ft. peck reservoir in the Missouri breaks country of eastern montana for 18 years. Targeted sepecies are giant Northern Pike, Lake Trout and trophy Walleye. Ft. peck is very remote and the environment can be as harsh and brutal as anywhere in Minnesota, North dakota or even Canada.

Just got back yesterday and your bite me box worked great I was surprise how sensitive it was. Work a lot better than my tip down and the wind never bother it. I caught little perch that trip the flag. Did not use the heater system it wasn't cold enough but I'm sure it will work great. Had a lot of people looking at it. Super easy Tip Up to use after being off the ice for 15 years!
Hey Bite Box, I had the opportunity to fish with my nephew today, 1/18/2012. He took me out to Lake Winnebago to catch some perch. I had not been out ice fishing for 15 years, but was really looking forward to going. We set up in about 14 feet of water, putting out 3 Bite Me Box Tip Ups and jigging in our shack. We got set up around 9:30 AM, and it was not long before flags started going up. We fished till about 2:30 PM and iced 29 nice perch. I had not had that much fun running for tip ups in a long time. The Bite Me Box Tip Ups, were simple to set up and use even though I had not been out in years. My nephew showed me how to set them up and in no time I was running for my own flags. Thanks for making a quality product that is easy to work with.

First off, I want to say Terry with B.M.B T-Ups is the most stand up and honest outdoors vendor I have ever dealt with within the fish and wildlife industry. I have demode over 30 new and upcoming outdoors products either going into patents or the loom period before they hit the shelves. I have put these fishing weapons to some serious tests, purposely trying to see them fail, but have yet to forcefully see that happen. Terry has followed up with me just to see how his Boxes have worked and that alone stands tall in my book. I love these machines, my youngest daughter (3yrs old) Calls them the box monsters! My other kids 10,12 and 15 used them one day out on the lake and caught fish with them, and now I cant even get them to sit with a rod and reel, I just punch 20-30 holes wherever they point and they run around all day "Boxin" at least that's what we call it now, At any rate , at first sight and feel of these unique tip ups, and almost to everyone that I have introduced them to my friends and family. They have all immediately wanted to bet me it was a gimic product and they wouldn't work as well as the videos say they would, Well, Now I just make them all place their bets cuz at this rate , im gonna be one rich fisherman real fast!!!
